Healthy Minds is a community forum where mental health professional and family advocates collectively bring community awareness to mental health issues. Healthy Minds shows are aired twice a week on the Rialto Network and can be viewed on the Rialto Family Health Services Youtube Channel nationally.

Healthy Cooking and Shopping for Life
Provides education for consumers on how to shop locally, and prepare meals for people with special dietary needs and restrictions.
Moving Forward Child Development
This program collaborate with parents,caregivers and other professionals in the screening, assessment, evaluation and management of common developmental, behavioral and mental health problems in children, adolescents and young adults.
Veterans Assistance
We provide homelessness assistance and assistance to Veterans, and family members, in obtaining benefits. We can review VA claim decisions, benefits, and regulations. We assist Veterans with Agent Orange Disability. We provide guidance on the Fiduciary Process and educate Veterans on VA disability benefits.
